Look at these!!!
These are the biggest zucchini that I have ever seen! I put our phone up next to them just to compare. My bil is growing a garden this year and I asked for zucchini---and boy did I get it! Zucchini bread may be what everyone on my list gets for Christmas this year!! : ) Seriously, if you have any good recipes, send them on my way!!

Besides the zuchinni bread, you could try zuchinni parmesan-like eggplant parmesan. Just coat with olive oil and parmesan cheese and bake or saute them. :)
